Loyalty program “World of GREENGATE”

1. How to join?

When booking a room on greengatehotel.ru, click the "Sign In" button at the top right corner and create your account. Enter your first name, last name, contact number, email, and create a password.  
Congratulations, you are now a member of our program! You will also receive a confirmation email with your virtual loyalty card at the "Acquaintance" level.

The "Acquaintance" level instantly grants a 5% discount on bookings.

2. How to increase your discount level?

Stay more nights at our hotel to reach new levels and enjoy higher discounts.  
You will receive personalized offers and privileges from the hotel.  
Important! Your personal discount cannot be combined with other promotions or special offers on the website.

3. Levels and privileges  
Our loyalty and care concept reflects stages of interpersonal relationships:

- Acquaintance 5% – immediate upon registration on the website  
- Trust 10% – 3 nights booked on the website and completed at the hotel  
- Friendship 15% – 30 nights booked on the website and completed at the hotel  
- Love 20% – 60 nights booked on the website and completed at the hotel

4. Rules

1. Anyone booking accommodation on the official website, by phone, email, or directly at the hotel reception can join the program.  
2. Upon registration, the guest immediately receives the "Acquaintance" status and a 5% discount on their stay! This discount can be used from the very first stay.  
3. Discounts and accumulating nights are granted when booking via the official website, phone, email, or directly at the hotel reception, provided the guest informs about their loyalty card and status.  
4. Discounts and accumulating nights are not provided and cannot be combined for:  
- Group bookings (two rooms or more)  
- Corporate bookings and event organization  
- Bookings made by companies through intermediaries (tour operators or travel agents)  
5. Only individuals may participate in the “GREENGATE World” loyalty and care program.  
6. Only virtual cards are used.  
7. The virtual loyalty card is personalized and non-transferable.  
8. Discounts assigned to the card will be invalid if booking rooms for third parties.  
9. The loyalty card is cumulative; when reaching the next status, the discount in the personal account updates automatically.  
10. The card has no expiration date.
